Location: Hybrid – at least two days per week, or 40% of your time, in our Bristol office

Salary: £72,702 - £80,780

What you will do

• Lead the delivery of outcomes across card platforms, card issuing and processing systems.
• Manage BAU operations and ensure service continuity through ITIL-aligned practices.
• Own budget delivery and contribute to strategic planning.
• Identify and address system and process gaps, delivering elements of change programmes.
• Provide input into IT Security policy development and monitor compliance.
• Manage and develop direct reports, setting short-term objectives.

Requirements

• Deep card domain expertise in card issuing and card processing (TSYS, Fiserv, Global Processing Services (GPS) etc.).
• Strong understanding of ITIL, service management, IAM, and disaster recovery testing.
• Ability to manage teams, mentor others, and work cross-functionally.
• Skilled in analysing complex issues and delivering solutions within established systems and frameworks.
