What you will do

• Scope, define, and lead transformation interventions leveraging expertise in organizational design, analytics, and change management.
• Manage engagement delivery, monitoring client satisfaction, project management, and profitability.
• Facilitate workshops with leaders to balance stakeholder needs and make decisions.
• Build relationships with senior executives in large organizations, acting as a relationship manager for complex clients.
• Develop business and lead proposals by articulating a compelling vision for transformation, identifying new business opportunities.
• Proactively enhance solutions’ approach, tools, and skill set.

Requirements

• A relevant higher (Master’s or Doctorate) degree plus relevant work experience in a consultancy and/or a client HR/OD function in progressively larger and more complex/high impact client situations.
• Alternatively, significant work experience in a top tier professional services firm.
• Substantial experience solutioning and leading large-scale business transformation and strategy implementation interventions within/for complex, multinational organizations.
• Significant experience in change management and leading project teams.
• Significant business acumen and experience advising senior executives on business challenges across a variety of business models and industries.
• Experience working across countries and geographies in the context of complex, multinational workstreams.

Nice to have

• Technical depth in cultural transformation, people strategy, top team development, or organization design.
• Experience and application of analytics in large-scale business interventions.
• Experience of using organizational analytical tools (e.g. OrgVue, Dynaplan).
