TL;DR

Client Director (HR Tech/SaaS): Driving new business and expanding client relationships for hirify.global’s Digital Talent Suite with an accent on full-cycle sales execution and pipeline generation. Focus on closing multiple deals monthly in a high-velocity environment and acting as a trusted advisor to senior HR leaders.

Location: Hybrid role in the United States. Chicago is preferred for team collaboration.

Salary: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00

hirify.global is a global consulting firm that develops and sells talent products and HR technology, including an integrated, AI-enabled Talent Suite platform.

What you will do

  • Own full-cycle sales execution across new and existing mid-market accounts, including territory planning and deal strategy.
  • Actively drive sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, self-sourced opportunities, and disciplined sales execution.
  • Close 4-5 deals per month in a high-volume, high-velocity sales environment.
  • Sell hirify.global’s integrated Talent Suite platform and solutions to organizations with up to 5,000 employees.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, developing tailored consultative proposals.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and account plans through effective use of CRM and sales tools.

Requirements

  • Approximately 5+ years of HR HCM or HR Platform technology sales experience, ideally within mid-market.
  • Proven success selling HR platforms or portfolios (not single products) into mid-market clients.
  • Experience selling to CHROs, Heads of Talent, and other senior HR leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to hunt and open new enterprise accounts and create urgency in the sales cycle.
  • Strong command of pipeline management, opportunity forecasting, and CRM systems.
  • Exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.

  • Experience selling assessment, talent, or HR technology platforms.
  • Backgrounds that include time in high-growth organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree.
