TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Director (RPO): Leading the delivery of recruitment services to a global medical technology client with an accent on project management, client interaction, and team leadership. Focus on creating and executing project plans, defining metrics, and ensuring quality assurance for customized RPO solutions.

Location: Hybrid role, which will require 3 days/week onsite at the client location in Northridge, CA.

Salary: $120,000.00 – $170,000.00

What you will do

  • Create and execute project work plans for RPO solutions.
  • Identify resources, assign responsibilities, and define team metrics.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies with the team.
  • Manage day-to-day client interaction and set expectations.
  • Prepare and participate in project reviews with clients and senior management.
  • Lead and motivate a team of recruiters, conducting performance evaluations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or ten years of equivalent work experience.
  • Ten years of relevant leadership experience in talent acquisition.
  • Experience leading recruiting teams.
  • Strong understanding of full life cycle recruiting and industry practices.
  • Familiarity with Human Resource laws and functions.
  • Business development/sales background or orientation.
  • Must work onsite 3 days/week at the client location in Northridge, CA.
