Focus on identifying relevant sourcing channels, measuring strategic sourcing framework effectiveness, and supporting interview scheduling.

What you will do

• Work closely with Recruiters to align sourcing activities and understand recruitment needs.
• Identify relevant channels and strategies to source candidates matching client requirements.
• Measure and monitor the effectiveness of strategic sourcing frameworks.
• Ensure effective candidate relationship management strategies are maintained.
• Partner with recruiters and team members to facilitate effective searches.
• Lead ongoing candidate pipeline development and talent network expansion for active requisitions.
• Act as a subject matter expert in applicant tracking systems, sourcing methodologies, and recruitment process effectiveness.
• Support on interview scheduling with client’s hiring managers.

Requirements

• Demonstrated interest and ability to work in a fast-paced service environment.
• Effective communication and listening skills.
• Experience and ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize different needs.
• Minimum C1 command of the English and German languages.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in RPO environments.
