Salary: $116,400.00 - $204,100.00 USD. This role is eligible for Bonus.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers and engineering managers, fostering a positive and high‑performance culture.
• Oversee the design, development, testing, and delivery of software product components.
• Manage workloads, project timelines, and resource allocation across teams.
• Partner with product management, UX, architecture, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment.
• Oversee engineering quality assurance processes and ensure high-quality code and product outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in product software engineering.
• Experience leading engineering teams and driving software delivery at scale.
• Strong background in cloud computing (Azure Preferred), APIs, and modern development practices.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to lead in a matrixed environment.
