TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS/Sales): Acquiring new clients and growing business by presenting reservation software and services with an accent on uncovering client needs, running exceptional demos, and closing deals. Focus on achieving sales targets, managing the full sales cycle, and providing client feedback to improve products.

Location: You need to be based in the Netherlands. Central Amsterdam Location (Hybrid friendly).

What you will do

  • Focus 100% on net new client acquisition by presenting products and services.
  • Qualify, develop, and close new business opportunities, achieving sales targets.
  • Uncover client needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and design UX/backend processes.
  • Run exceptional demos for potential clients and provide general pipeline updates.
  • Organize in-person meetings, attend external exhibitions, and perform on-the-spot demonstrations.
  • Act as the primary client point of contact for new client onboarding and ensure diligent CRM system use.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably 2+ years in a prospecting role within a SaaS or similar business.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in selling to small/medium and large organizations.
  • Ability to engage and influence at different levels, both internally and with clients.
  • Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills with a creative approach.
  • Experience with CRM software and preferred conceptual selling methodologies (SPIN, Strategic Selling).
  • Legally authorized to work in the European Union.
  • Very strong written and verbal English skills and Bilingual in English and Spanish.
