What you will do

• Lead the development and management of large-scale, cross-functional enterprise programs.
• Define program objectives, deliverables, risks, and success metrics to ensure alignment with operations strategy.
• Identify and manage complex dependencies and mitigate risks such as resource gaps or timeline delays.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing innovative solutions.
• Act as a key liaison between operational teams and corporate leadership to ensure objectives are met.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project, or Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Program and Project Management.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, and supply chain business operations.
• Proven success managing enterprise-wide programs with measurable impact on strategic goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident (Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted refugee/asylee.

• Advanced degree (e.g., MBA).
• PMP Certification.
