What you will do
- Lead and manage a team of Regional Account Executives and Partner/Channel Account Managers.
- Execute revenue strategies and exceed KPIs and ARR targets for the LATAM region (excluding Brazil).
- Conduct pipeline reviews to ensure meticulous pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and CRM optimization.
- Develop and guide partner activities to foster relationships and grow net new revenue in the LATAM Region.
- Collaborate with leadership and sales enablement teams to identify trends and provide feedback on areas of opportunity.
- Manage HR-related issues within your team, including interviewing new candidates and facilitating career development.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience specifically within the Latin America region.
- Minimum 5 years in a people management leadership role in the assigned Area.
- Experience in SaaS and cybersecurity industries is a plus.
- Proven track record in building and scaling partner ecosystems (distributors, resellers, or agents) to deliver significant revenue growth.
- Strong foundation in value-based selling (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, or Sandler).
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required, along with deep cultural awareness of the region.
- Experience with Salesforce, Gmail, Google Docs, and MS Office.
