What you will do
- Hunt and manage sales pipeline through high-volume, multi-channel outbound across various platforms.
- Personalize outreach using behavioral data, intent signals, and industry changes to target specific pain points.
- Conduct efficient discovery calls (30 minutes or less) to quickly categorize prospect opportunities.
- Position the platform as workforce intelligence, demonstrating how AI features like OMNI and Timmy Copilot reduce analysis time.
- Partner with SMB ecosystems (MSPs, HR consultants, accountants) to drive referrals and expand pipeline.
- Proactively address privacy concerns by highlighting the platform's privacy-first architecture.
Requirements
- Hunter mindset with at least 40% of pipeline sourced independently.
- 2–4 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity, data analytics, or HR tech.
- Comfortable discussing insider risk, DLP, and ROI with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience using tools like HubSpot and Apollo for structured outbound sequences and performance management.
- Strong demo skills with the ability to adapt in real time based on prospect priorities.
- Extreme ownership and coachability, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- English: B2 required.
