TL;DR

Commercial Sales Representative (LATAM): Developing and executing a sales plan to acquire net-new logos in Latin America with an accent on understanding customer needs and articulating value propositions. Focus on managing the full sales ecosystem from lead generation to closing and achieving predictable sales targets.

Location: Remote, based out of Miami, Florida or Texas, USA to sell into Spanish-speaking Latin America.

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 (base salary range)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a business plan to achieve sales goals across the LATAM territory.
  • Manage the entire sales ecosystem, from generating leads to closing deals.
  • Focus on acquiring new customers via outbound activity and channel partners.
  • Clearly articulate hirify.global's value proposition to customers, from engineers to CxO level.
  • Forecast predictably and consistently hit sales targets.
  • Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours due to time zone differences in a remote-first environment.

Requirements

  • Ability to conduct business in Spanish (verbal and written) is required.
  • 4+ years of experience in a full-cycle SaaS sales role with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Proven experience in developing pipelines, opening new accounts, and lead generation.
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles and selling SaaS to Security and IT personas.
  • Success in building a sales territory from scratch, demonstrating accountability and resourcefulness.
  • Experience selling through security channel partners and using MEDDIC methodology.
