Focus on generating qualified pipeline, executing high-volume campaigns, and developing new business opportunities.

Location: This role is remote in the country of Mexico. You must be located in and authorized to work in Mexico to be considered for this role.

What you will do

  • Conduct targeted prospect research within the US market using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns through personalized cold calls, emails, and social media.
  • Qualify outbound leads using a structured framework (e.g., BANT, MEDDPICC) to assess sales readiness.
  • Articulate hirify.global's value proposition and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (e.g., Salesforce) and collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Achieve monthly targets for Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) within the US market.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., SalesLoft, Outreach).
  • Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills; fluency in both English and Spanish required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR) role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding lead generation/pipeline targets.
  • Must be located in and authorized to work in Mexico.

Nice to have

  • Portuguese language skills a plus.
  • Experience selling to or engaging prospects in the LATAM markets is highly desirable.
