What you will do

  • Lead and coach a team of 8-10 sales executives, setting clear performance expectations.
  • Conduct regular sales team meetings, one-to-ones, and coaching/training sessions to drive accountability and improve sales performance.
  • Assess the sales pipeline of each sales executive and the team to prepare regular sales forecasts.
  • Review key performance indicators for team members to drive activities/outcomes and offer guidance for improvement.
  • Build, report on, and communicate key metrics to track the success of campaigns, events, and marketing activities in the region.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience managing an outbound, full sales cycle team, preferably with short sales cycles and transactional sales.
  • Understanding of sales cycles and KPIs for a SaaS model.
  • Strong ability to coach and train junior sales teams, with a passion for strengthening and developing skills.
  • Ability to run reports and analyze data to identify trends and make informed decisions (preferably with Salesforce).
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid working environment on a weekly basis.
  • Bilingual English & Spanish.
