Location: Hybrid in the U.S. (Clearwater, Florida) with a focus on LATAM region sales activities.

What you will do

  • Lead and manage a team of Regional Account Executives and Partner/Channel Account Managers to exceed KPIs and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets for the LATAM region (excluding Brazil).
  • Manage day-to-day sales activities, conduct pipeline reviews, and optimize CRM for deal construction and accurate forecasting.
  • Develop and guide partner activities to foster excellent relationships and grow net new revenue in the LATAM Region.
  • Collaborate with VP and other sales enablement teams to discuss strategies, review KPI performance, and refine processes.
  • Understand assigned Area market demands to anticipate customer needs and ultimately increase new logo acquisition.
  • Manage Area sales budget requests for events and assist People Operations with HR-related issues, including interviewing and career development.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience specifically within the Latin America region.
  • Minimum 5 years in a leadership role with people management experience.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required, along with deep cultural awareness of the region.
  • Proven track record in building and scaling partner ecosystems (distributors, resellers, or agents) that deliver significant revenue growth.
  • Strong foundation in value-based selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, or Sandler).
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus, along with familiarity with standard IT, Security, or Cybersecurity industry concepts.
