Location: Role is based in Singapore, responsible for the Japan market, requiring in-person meetings and presentations across Japan to establish hirify.global' local presence.

What you will do

  • Execute territory strategies to win enterprise business and expand hirify.global’ footprint in the Japan market, exceeding sales targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure for key accounts.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior executives, identify business challenges, and position hirify.global as a strategic partner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain a strong, data-backed pipeline with accurate forecasting and conduct in-person meetings in Japan.
  • Play a pivotal role as the first hire in Japan to establish local presence and shape go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience in mid-market or enterprise segments with a proven record of exceeding revenue goals.
  • Skilled at managing complex sales cycles and engaging multiple stakeholders, including enterprise IT and business decision-makers.
  • Strong prospecting and pipeline management capabilities, backed by structured forecasting and disciplined execution.
  • Proficiency in solution selling of software platforms (e.g., ITSM, IT infrastructure, EX/CRM/Customer engagement solutions).
  • Customer-centric approach with the ability to build cross-functional partnerships.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required for regional/global collaboration, and proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written) is mandatory for local stakeholders.
