What you will do
- Take ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure for a dedicated territory.
- Build and execute strategic plans for target accounts and create outbound opportunities.
- Educate customers on hirify.global's Enterprise Suite value and drive widespread adoption and larger deployments.
- Navigate key decision makers, leverage data for insights, and provide recommendations based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Sales Development) to ensure long-term customer success.
- Communicate and organize topics including billing, legal, security, onboarding, and technical inquiries.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience hunting and closing net new logos.
- Proven experience creatively sourcing pipeline outside of inbound lead flow.
- Ability to strategically map out and break into accounts in an Enterprise SaaS organization.
- Experience selling developer and/or technical products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills, consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Strong track record of navigating organizations and developing senior-level relationships, including presenting to the C-suite.
