Salary: $292,600 – $459,800 a year

What you will do

• Drive deals from initial discovery stages to win/close within the Labor and Public Sector.
• Find and cultivate new labor & public sector leads, successfully converting them into qualified sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in labor unions and public sector organizations.
• Develop strategic outreach plans to expand market presence and drive new business growth within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support for MSK digital solutions.
• Attend labor & public sector conferences, trade shows, and events to spread awareness of Sword.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of labor & public sector sales relationships and experience.
• Expertise in healthcare, self-insured employers, health benefits, digital MSK solutions, or disease management.
• Solid public speaking skills for delivering presentations with confidence.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
• Applicants must have a legal right to work in the United States.
• Immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
