Location: Remote (United States). hirify.global has a hybrid work model with hubs in San Francisco, New York City, and Chicago, but some roles can be performed from anywhere in the country.

Salary: $230,000 – $311,000 USD annual base pay.

What you will do

• Lead and manage a team defining market-winning strategies for sales growth and retention.
• Act as technical diplomats to C-suite stakeholders, translating business hurdles into Komodo solutions.
• Oversee the creation of customer-specific technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing to deliver compelling value propositions.
• Provide thought leadership on applying analytics and healthcare data for customer success.
• Integrate AI into daily work, automating workflows and uncovering insights.

Requirements

• 15+ years of professional experience, focused on high-growth SaaS, analytics, or AI environments.
• 8+ years of leadership experience, specifically scaling presales or technical consulting organizations.
• Proven ability to influence internal product direction and external customer strategy simultaneously.
• Experience navigating the Life Sciences and/or Healthcare space.
• Awareness of data science tools, cloud technologies, and AI/ML applications.
• Applies AI strategically, knowing how to use the right tools at the right time to solve problems or generate new ideas.
• Demonstrates curiosity and initiative in exploring new AI tools and workflows relevant to the role.
• Comfortable working in AI-enhanced environments, regularly leveraging tools such as Gemini, Cursor, Perplexity, Claude, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot.
