Associate Partner Manager (AI, HRTech): Supporting and driving growth through a strong ecosystem of referral partners and digital consultancies across the venture market EMEA region with an accent on partner recruitment, onboarding, and relationship building. Focus on executing partner sales plans, collaborating on co-marketing activities, and tracking partner performance to contribute to regional ARR growth.

Location: Hybrid in London, UK with required travel (at least 25%) to meet partners in the EMEA region.

What you will do

  • Assist in executing the UKI partner sales plan and participate in business planning sessions.
  • Support the identification, engagement, and activation of new partners through structured onboarding.
  • Act as a key point of contact for referral, reseller, and consultancy partners.
  • Work with the Marketing team to support co-marketing activities and partner events.
  • Monitor partner performance metrics and support reporting on partner contributions to regional growth targets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships (referral and re-seller models) and B2B sales (SaaS experience is a major plus).
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills in English.
  • Proactive "self-starter" mindset with a hunger to learn.
  • Initial experience or interest in working with enterprise-level organizations.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (like Salesforce) and a passion for the HR-tech/Internal Comms space.
  • Ability to travel at least 25% to meet partners in region.
