TL;DR

Location: Hybrid work in London, UK, with at least 25% travel required to meet partners in the EMEA region.

What you will do

  • Assist in executing the UKI partner sales plan and participate in business planning sessions.
  • Identify, engage, and activate new partners through structured onboarding and early enablement.
  • Act as a key point of contact for referral, reseller, and consultancy partners.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on co-marketing activities, partner campaigns, and events.
  • Monitor partner performance metrics (pipeline and won ARR) and report on partner contributions to regional growth targets.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, junior partnerships, or B2B sales (SaaS experience is a major plus).
  • A proactive "self-starter" mindset with a hunger to learn how to grow a partner business independently.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills in English.
  • Initial experience or interest in working with enterprise-level organizations.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (like Salesforce) and a passion for the HR-tech/Internal Comms space.
  • At least 25% travel will be required to meet partners in region.
