What you will do
- Assist in executing the UKI partner sales plan and participate in business planning sessions.
- Identify, engage, and activate new partners through structured onboarding and early enablement.
- Act as a key point of contact for referral, reseller, and consultancy partners.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on co-marketing activities, partner campaigns, and events.
- Monitor partner performance metrics (pipeline and won ARR) and report on partner contributions to regional growth targets.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, junior partnerships, or B2B sales (SaaS experience is a major plus).
- A proactive "self-starter" mindset with a hunger to learn how to grow a partner business independently.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills in English.
- Initial experience or interest in working with enterprise-level organizations.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (like Salesforce) and a passion for the HR-tech/Internal Comms space.
- At least 25% travel will be required to meet partners in region.
