What you will do
- Identify, contact, and cultivate new business opportunities using calling, emailing, and social media.
- Define clients’ underlying business needs, success criteria, and key performance indicators.
- Develop target lists based on market research, collaboration with leadership, and feedback.
- Partner with the sales team on interested prospects, providing key stakeholder and client information.
- Maintain detailed records of sales data through Salesforce.com.
- Deliver compelling presentations to compel new and existing clients to work with the company.
Requirements
- 3+ years of lead generation and/or sales experience, selling SaaS solutions or HR services to large corporations.
- Heavy preference for previous business development experience in the assessments niche.
- Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft CRM applications.
- Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools, including ZoomInfo, D&B, and Outreach.io.
- Language requirements: Native-level proficiency in German (spoken and written).
