TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (EMEA): Establishing and winning new business for digital twin solutions within the processing industry across EMEA with an accent on strategic account management and full sales cycle ownership. Focus on articulating value propositions for measurable digital transformation for enterprise clients and building strong market presence.

Location: Must currently be based in the Netherlands, or willing and legally permitted to work in the Netherlands. Willingness to travel across the EMEA region (approximately 30–40%) is required.

What you will do

  • Consistently hit and exceed quarterly revenue targets, taking full ownership of the sales process for strategic accounts.
  • Articulate NavVis’ value proposition within the processing industry to demonstrate digital transformation for enterprise clients.
  • Build market awareness by creating a strong market presence and developing targeted account strategies.
  • Develop and foster strong, trusted relationships with clients, advocating for their needs.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise teams (Business Development, Marketing, Market Intelligence, Customer Experience, leadership) on territory strategy and achieving shared goals.

Requirements

  • Significant experience (5+ years) managing the full sales cycle for enterprise software solutions, with measurable success in the processing industry (e.g., Oil & Gas, Chemical, Energy).
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and develop new business opportunities, guiding prospects through complex multi-stakeholder negotiations.
  • Strategic and consultative sales approach, combined with determination and accountability.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Currently based in the Netherlands, or willing and legally permitted to work in the Netherlands.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel across the EMEA region (30–40%).
