What you will do
- Execute high-volume outbound strategies to identify and land new logos.
- Work closely with channel partners and distributors to co-sell and drive incremental revenue.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your book of business.
- Lead the entire sales process, from initial discovery to final contract negotiation.
- Develop and implement territory plans to penetrate key accounts and expand the company footprint.
- Maintain a structured approach to quoting and forecasting to consistently overachieve quarterly targets.
Requirements
- Fluent English and another language such as Dutch, French, German, Hungarian, Polish, Romanian or Russian required.
- 1–2+ years in tech sales or business development.
- Documented history of meeting or exceeding quotas in an acquisition-focused environment.
- Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical stacks into clear business value.
- Strong time management and the ability to navigate internal processes to shorten sales cycles.
- Cybersecurity experience is a significant plus.
