TL;DR

Inside Sales Representative (Various Languages): Managing a geographically designated book of commercial business and owning the full sales cycle, from initial cold outreach to closing the deal. Focus on identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and implementing plans to penetrate key accounts and expand the company's footprint.

Location: Remote in Italy, France, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Germany, or Cork, Ireland.

What you will do

  • Execute high-volume outbound strategies to identify and land new logos.
  • Work closely with channel partners and distributors to co-sell, register deals, and drive incremental revenue.
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your book of business.
  • Lead the entire sales process, from initial discovery and technical validation to final contract negotiation.
  • Develop and implement territory strategies to penetrate key accounts and expand the company's footprint.
  • Maintain a structured approach to quoting and forecasting to consistently overachieve quarterly targets.

Requirements

  • Fluent English and another language such as Danish, Dutch, French, German, Hungarian, Polish, Romanian, Russian or Swedish required.
  • 1–2+ years in tech sales or business development; cybersecurity experience is a significant plus.
  • Documented history of meeting or exceeding quotas in an acquisition-focused environment.
  • Self-motivated and persistent with the ability to create new business opportunities.
  • Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical stacks into clear business value.
  • Strong time management and the ability to navigate internal processes to shorten sales cycles.
