What you will do
- Own execution of priority field marketing programs, including sponsored conferences and owned events.
- Run tentpole conference programs end-to-end, covering planning, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
- Operationalize and iterate the event playbook, including templates, checklists, and post-mortems.
- Drive post-event conversion by coordinating lead routing, follow-up sequences, and meeting scheduling.
- Execute partner field programs, collaborating on co-marketing events to create demand.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver the full event stack, including landing pages, messaging, and assets.
- Track results and run learning loops, reporting on KPIs like pipeline created and ROI.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in B2B field marketing and events in high-growth SaaS, ideally in cybersecurity or identity.
- Proven track record delivering measurable pipeline impact through events and field programs.
- Strong end-to-end execution experience across various event types, including large conferences and executive programs.
- Excellent cross-functional and sales partnership skills, with the ability to drive timelines and align stakeholders.
- Strong project management and vendor management, with high standards for execution and attendee experience.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and making practical trade-offs.
- Clear, direct communicator who can manage stakeholders and keep teams aligned.
- Work location: Must be able to work within +/-4 hours Pacific Time.
Nice to have
- Experience with ABM motions and attribution (SFDC/HubSpot/Dreamdata or similar).
- Experience running partner co-marketing programs.
- Experience building repeatable follow-up and measurement processes.
