What you will do

• Own marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue across all funnel stages.
• Develop and execute demand generation and ABM strategies in close partnership with Sales.
• Own core positioning, messaging, and value propositions, creating compelling sales enablement materials.
• Lead ABM strategy, hosted/sponsored events, and maintain/evolve hirify.global’s brand presence.
• Build and optimize marketing processes, systems, and reporting, owning the marketing tech stack.
• Act as a player-coach, managing direct reports and serving as a key marketing voice in cross-functional discussions.

Requirements

• 7 to 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally at a SaaS company, with marketplace experience a plus.
• Proven experience owning pipeline and revenue targets in a sales-led startup environment.
• Strong background in demand generation, ABM, and revenue-focused marketing programs.
• Experience building marketing infrastructure including processes, reporting, and tech stack.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute quickly and creatively.
• Strong cross-functional partner with excellent communication skills and an owner mentality.
