What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for external marketing agencies, managing relationships and ensuring alignment on projects.
- Coordinate the development of marketing assets, overseeing workflows, feedback, and approval processes.
- Manage end-to-end project plans for marketing campaigns, tracking milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
- Assist in utilizing marketing technology platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) for campaign execution and data integration.
- Track campaign performance and report on KPIs, providing insights on agency-driven effectiveness.
- Partner with internal marketing, sales, and revenue operations teams to align agency work with the go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a related role.
- At least 1 year working directly with external agencies.
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
- Familiarity with marketing technology platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking campaign performance and contributing to data-driven decisions.
