Salary: $136,000 - $170,000 per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end execution roadmap for high-impact initiatives such as product launches and brand campaigns.
• Act as the connective tissue between Marketing, Revenue, and Product teams to translate business objectives into actions.
• Define and track KPIs focusing on pipeline impact for integrated programs.
• Design and optimize the lifecycle of creative assets from intake to final approval.
• Manage capacity and resource planning, including decisions on outsourcing and prioritization of high-impact requests.
• Serve as executive owner of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.

Requirements

• Must have 8+ years of experience in Marketing Project Management and/or Marketing Operations.
• Proven track record leading multi-channel B2B SaaS or high-growth tech campaigns.
• Expertise in resource forecasting, budget management, and creative workflow automation.
• Experience with Asana preferred.
• Location: Must be based in the United States (remote-first).
