Salary: $145,000 – $225,000 per year.

What you will do

• Facilitate communication with stakeholders and senior management, managing expectations.
• Apply extensive technical experience to assess change implications and provide a "big picture" view.
• Define, negotiate, implement, and monitor quality standards for all project deliverables.
• Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate, and communicate project risks and issues.
• Oversee the management and ongoing refinement of project backlogs and manage multiple simultaneous projects.
• Forecast, track, and manage project budgets, purchase orders, and invoices.

Requirements

• 10+ years leading complex technical programs as an IT engineer or Technical Project Lead.
• Applied experience in at least two security domains (e.g., Security Operations, Incident Response, Security Engineering, Security Architecture, Vulnerability Management, or GRC).
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams (10+ contributors) through ambiguity.
• Strong executive and technical communication skills to translate complex technical issues.
• Must be a U.S.-based employee.

Nice to have

• Program or delivery certification (e.g., PMP, SAFe, PSM).
• CISM and/or CISSP, or equivalent applied experience with security risk frameworks.
• Experience managing large-scale program budgets.
