What you will do

• Lead project delivery teams, ensuring alignment to software delivery processes and best practices.
• Provide IT oversight for project management activities and deliverables through all phases of the software development cycle.
• Partner with Architecture, Product Owners, and Business on product selection, solution efforts, and vendor selection.
• Manage all aspects of Release Management, ensuring project scope approval and milestone tracking.
• Establish and maintain governance models for projects and initiatives.
• Track project financials, including actuals, forecasts, budget reviews, and purchase orders.

Requirements

• Experience leading IT project delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of software delivery processes and the SDLC.
• Proficiency in release management activities and project governance.
• Experience with financial tracking and budget management for projects.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project controls such as RACI and Project Charter.
• Must be able to work on-site in Detroit, MI, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
• This is a W2 contract role for a duration of 24 months.
