What you will do

• Strengthen execution rigor and orchestrate delivery across cross-functional distributed engineering teams.
• Partner with engineering leadership and product owners to streamline workflows and accelerate software NPI delivery.
• Identify and resolve systemic bottlenecks across development, validation, and release readiness.
• Collaborate with PMO to implement engineering health dashboards tracking velocity, reliability, and AI acceleration.
• Act as a technical liaison between engineering and field organizations to support customer deployments and pilots.
• Translate customer and field insights into actionable roadmap adjustments and SDLC enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering or technical program leadership.
• Proven ability to lead execution across large-scale, global, multi-disciplinary teams through influence.
• Deep understanding of Agile development, SDLC, CI/CD, automation, and observability.
• Experience with Jira, GitHub, and engineering analytics platforms.
• Experience working in software-led environments that interface with hardware platforms.

• Background in platform, performance, or AI-enabled software systems.
• Experience modernizing legacy software stacks and tools.
• Experience with performance or test and measurement engineering workflows.
