Salary: $373,800–$514,050 USD

What you will do

  • Lead, grow, and inspire Enterprise Account Executives to overachieve on their goals.
  • Instill a culture of teamwork focused on measurable business value and desired customer outcomes.
  • Develop trust-based relationships with customers and partners for long-term success.
  • Drive ongoing learning of continuous innovation in data intelligence and GenAI solutions.
  • Actively participate in region's growth plans, ensure forecast accuracy, and build a high-growth business.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successfully building and leading high-growth sales teams serving enterprise customers within Big Data, Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), Analytics, and AI spaces.
  • History of exceeding quota and thriving in hyper-growth Enterprise technology companies.
  • Understanding of value selling and sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, and Command of Message.
  • Knowledge of developing partner ecosystems to grow strategic enterprise territories.
  • Proven track record of leading teams to success when focused on enterprise territories and driving consumption.
  • Must be able to work in the United States, as access to export-controlled technology or source code may require a U.S. government license.
