Enterprise Sales Director (AI/Healthcare): Drives hirify.global's strategic revenue growth by managing sales cycles for enterprise healthcare accounts with an accent on relationship building, deal-making, and exceeding revenue targets. Location: Remote, must be based in Washington State, Montana, Colorado, Idaho, or Oregon, United States.

Salary: $150,000–$175,000 (Base + Commission, offers Equity)

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle internally and externally to drive sales results and meet quarterly & annual revenue targets.
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating with professional services.
  • Drive big wins over $1M+ and expand revenue on existing business through renewals and upsells.
  • Identify, prioritize, and qualify prospects, building and maintaining a robust client pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Cultivate relationships with customers, decision-makers, and thought leaders in the healthcare sector.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience selling healthcare into enterprise accounts, with direct experience selling into strategy or executive roles within healthcare providers (CMOs, CMIOs, CIOs).
  • Expertise in enterprise-level sales cycles, applying analytics to specific business issues and driving deals.
  • Recognized and proven track record of consistently achieving revenue targets and quotas.
  • Proficiency in using SFDC or other enterprise-level CRM tools for forecasting, opportunity tracking, and reporting.
  • Excellent consultative sales skills in defining customer needs, qualifying opportunities, articulating business outcomes, and presenting solutions.
  • English: B2 required.
