What you will do

• Sell hirify.global’s media and buy-side technology products, driving outcomes through various transaction types.
• Develop, lead, and execute hirify.global Advertising (MSA) sales strategy and priorities to enable client growth.
• Influence CMOs and Chief Digital Marketing Stakeholders through relationship building and compelling storytelling.
• Lead sales planning with the Account v-team, achieving sales targets and increasing existing budgets.
• Expand the client’s view of MSA products and concede negotiables to ensure mutual winning.
• Lead pipeline updates, identify roadblocks, and ensure resources are engaged to overcome client objections.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on online media or digital advertising.
• Experience in online media, digital advertising, or Search Engine Marketing Sales and Service.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin.

Nice to have

• 8+ years of experience working in global media platforms or tech companies.
• 5+ years of E-commerce Media Sales experience or China cross-border media sales experience.
• 3+ years of account management experience.
• Experience making recommendations to mid- to senior- level executives.
• Project management experience.
