What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from qualification to closing for inbound and shared opportunities.
  • Build and expand a prospect pipeline across outbound sectors, including Consumer Electronics, DTC E-commerce, Travel, and Finance.
  • Develop compelling sales narratives and translate client business objectives into competitive programmatic solutions.
  • Utilize programmatic capabilities including multi-DSP activation (DV360, Amazon DSP) and video solutions (YouTube, CTV).
  • Collaborate with global networks, Account Managers, and Traders to ensure successful execution of client campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in digital advertising or programmatic sales.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, digital marketing, and brand strategy.
  • Ability to independently manage the sales cycle and develop client solutions.
  • Must be located in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, or Shenzhen.
