• Understand and prioritize product features for the HealthCast product roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and customers to synthesize needs into features for release.
• Manage and prioritize the team backlog, ensuring alignment with customer and stakeholder needs.
• Apply a customer-centric mindset and design thinking tools to guide product releases.
• Collaborate with architects, Business Analysts, and UI/UX Designers to define technical and design solutions.
• Innovate digital solutions in the medical and home care space leveraging systems thinking.

Requirements
