What you will do
- Develop, execute, and maintain a territory plan to exceed quarterly sales targets and annual quota.
- Drive new business acquisition, customer expansion (upsell and cross-sell), and renewal within your territory.
- Build a robust sales pipeline using outbound, BDR, Channel, and Marketing Inbound funnels.
- Leverage a deep technical understanding of hirify.global's solutions to drive consultative sales.
- Build long-term strategic relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Position hirify.global's platform, including hirify.global One and the Connectivity Cloud, to target customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Strong B2B discovery skills and ability to customize client-centric narratives.
- Track record of beating annual targets of $1M+ and managing complex six-figure deals.
- Experience in multithreading into the C-suite and across organizations to manage complex sales cycles.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, G-suite, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
