Sales Channel & Affiliates Associate Director (Financial Services): Leading and expanding strategic data partnerships to drive business value and innovation with an accent on managing large and complex accounts. Focus on designing and implementing data partnership functions, executing strategic roadmaps, and ensuring compliance with data governance and privacy standards.

Location: Hybrid role requiring the individual to be located within 50 miles of any hirify.global office in the USA (e.g., New York City, Cary, Chicago, Minneapolis, Waltham) and work from the office a minimum of eight times a month.

Compensation: $133,400.00 - $238,400.00 USD

What you will do

  • Lead and expand strategic data partnerships to drive business value and innovation.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve data partnership frameworks, processes, and best practices.
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for expanding the company’s data partner ecosystem.
  • Establish scalable processes for evaluating, contracting, and integrating new data partners, ensuring compliance.
  • Lead the negotiation and management of data sharing agreements.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on the data partnership portfolio.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in data partnerships, data strategy, or channel management, preferably in financial services or technology.
  • Deep understanding of market trends and competitive positioning with a strong customer success and data stewardship mindset.
  • Proven ability in cross-functional collaboration, networking, and driving results.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and business planning skills.
  • Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and compliance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in strategic thinking, high-level negotiation, leadership, sales analysis, and innovation.
