Focus on designing complex selling strategies, optimizing supply chain programs, and leading deployments of high-voltage electrical infrastructure solutions.

Location: Remote (US applicants only). US cities: Seattle WA, Los Angeles CA, Washington DC. Travel 25-50%.

What you will do

  • Design and execute complex selling strategies with regional sales and business unit teams.
  • Lead account management team to build executive relationships and expand key accounts.
  • Develop plans for client retention, growth, and talent optimization.
  • Establish annual goals, priorities, and performance metrics for the organization.
  • Oversee resolutions of customer problems and approve new processes/policies.
  • Organize strategic business reviews and present initiatives to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Sales, Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant) required; Master’s preferred.
  • 10+ years strategic sales/large account management; 5+ years executive selling and people management at national/regional level.
  • 7+ years success in relationship maintenance/development.
  • Knowledge of business principles, competitive landscape, distribution industry, and solutions.
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Travel 25-50%.
