Salary: $137,500–$192,500. Potential to increase up to $220,000.

What you will do

• Define and execute product strategies and roadmaps for complex, multi-feature products.
• Translate ambiguous customer and business problems into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Utilize quantitative and qualitative data, experimentation, and A/B testing to improve product performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize backlogs and ensure timely delivery.
• Apply AI/ML concepts to real-world products and safely integrate AI/ML-enabled solutions.
• Communicate product vision and decisions to stakeholders at multiple levels.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years with Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years with Master’s in a technical, business, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager driving end-to-end delivery for customer-facing or platform services.
• Ability to own the roadmap and execution for a product, collaborating with engineering teams.
• Demonstrated strength using data and experimentation to inform prioritization and decision making.
• Familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts.
• English: B2 proficiency required.

• Experience taking product experiences from concept to scaled adoption.
• Experience building or evolving products that operate at scale.
• Ability to shape product strategy within a domain and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI/ML capabilities to enhance product experiences.
• Previous experience in an enterprise “digital transformation” or internal tools organization.
