Salary: $167,000 - $251,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)

What you will do

  • Own the partner marketing calendar and full lifecycle event execution for named US partners.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market programs, including field events, digital activations, and co-branded campaigns.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between Partner Sales and internal teams to align partner programs with revenue goals.
  • Build and manage relationships with external partner marketing teams, developing joint messaging and campaign assets.
  • Manage program budgets for named partners, tracking spend and optimizing allocation against pipeline contribution.
  • Report on partner marketing KPIs, delivering regular performance updates to leadership with actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • 7–8 years of experience in partner marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end partner marketing programs, including event management, co-marketing, and demand generation.
  • Strong track record of working directly with partner sales teams to drive measurable pipeline outcomes.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A data-driven mindset with experience in reporting marketing performance and pipeline metrics.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting quickly in a fast-moving environment.
