TL;DR

Account Executive (Observability): Driving new logo acquisition and over-quota achievement in enterprise software sales with an accent on cultivating relationships with pertinent stakeholders and closing large-scale consumption-based deals. Location: Remote within the USA (Sacramento, San Francisco, San Jose, Sunnyvale, California regions mentioned as office locations). Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Salary: $248,000–$310,000 USD (On-Target Earnings Range)

What you will do

  • Drive new account acquisition by owning a territory and cultivating relationships with stakeholders to maximize sales into new accounts.
  • Target new logos not covered by other teams and identify customer needs to configure appropriate offerings.
  • Expand top of funnel by complimenting marketing campaigns with prospecting, developing relationships at multiple levels.
  • Use hirify.global’s sales process to close large-scale, multi-year consumption-based deals.
  • Prepare accurate forecasts, build pipeline, document activities in Salesforce, and communicate activities to sales management.
  • Partner closely with dedicated Solutions Consultants and Sales Development Representatives to drive results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Field sales experience selling software to F1000 companies.
  • Continuous, substantial, and proven success in enterprise sales.
  • High energy and well-developed business sense.
  • Exceptional ambition combined with great teaming skills.
  • Experience in consultative, enterprise solutions selling.
  • Deep and creative sales hunter skills.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience selling Observability solutions.
  • Technical background.
