What you will do
- Drive new account acquisition by owning a territory and cultivating relationships with stakeholders to maximize sales into new accounts.
- Target new logos not covered by other teams and identify customer needs to configure appropriate offerings.
- Expand top of funnel by complimenting marketing campaigns with prospecting, developing relationships at multiple levels.
- Use hirify.global’s sales process to close large-scale, multi-year consumption-based deals.
- Prepare accurate forecasts, build pipeline, document activities in Salesforce, and communicate activities to sales management.
- Partner closely with dedicated Solutions Consultants and Sales Development Representatives to drive results.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience.
- Field sales experience selling software to F1000 companies.
- Continuous, substantial, and proven success in enterprise sales.
- High energy and well-developed business sense.
- Exceptional ambition combined with great teaming skills.
- Experience in consultative, enterprise solutions selling.
- Deep and creative sales hunter skills.
