Salary: $280,000–$350,000 USD (annual)

What you will do
- Identify, develop, and advance strategic sales opportunities, building and managing a high-quality pipeline.
- Close both short-term Cloud monthly agreements and larger annual committed spend contracts.
- Articulate and evangelize the hirify.global vision, positioning, and technical differentiation to customers.
- Lead value-driven, solution-oriented sales engagements aligned with measurable customer outcomes.
- Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and deliver accurate monthly forecasts in Salesforce.
- Contribute to the regional user and developer ecosystem through meetups, events, and community engagement initiatives in key metro markets.
Requirements
- Proven ability to orchestrate cross-functional resources to drive complex opportunities to successful outcomes.
- Ability to align hirify.global Cloud solutions to customer business objectives, technical requirements, and long-term growth initiatives.
- Recent experience working with GenAI or AI-native companies and an understanding of their data infrastructure needs.
- 6+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience.
- Demonstrated experience selling Cloud or infrastructure software is required.
- Strong business acumen and technical fluency, with excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
- English: B2 required.
