What you will do

  • Develop long-term sales pipeline to increase market share in IT Operations Management.
  • Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close opportunities with new and existing accounts.
  • Establish and own professional, consultative relationships with clients, including C-level executives.
  • Maintain knowledge of competitors and strategically position ITOM solutions and services.
  • Achieve and exceed sales quota (e.g., $3M).
  • Leverage partner relationships to expand reach into accounts.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of sales experience selling enterprise IT solutions or consulting services.
  • Strong knowledge of ITOM solutions (SMAX, OpsBridge, NOM, HCM, AIOps/Observability platforms).
  • Account planning and accurate revenue forecasting skills.
  • Consultative solution selling and business development skills.
  • Initiative and leadership to drive solution sales in accounts.
  • University or bachelor’s degree; or directly related previous work experience.
  • Typically, 8-12 years of advanced sales experience.
