What you will do
- Build revenue pipeline into enterprise and upper mid-market accounts in Mexico and LATAM through multi-channel outreach.
- Partner with Enterprise Account Executives on account strategy and setting up discovery calls and product demonstrations.
- Create awareness and interest in our legal AI platform with key decision-makers.
- Identify business pain points and position tailored solutions to generate new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and performance reporting in Sales CRM.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly KPIs related to outreach, meetings set, and pipeline creation.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a BDR/SDR or similar role, ideally in B2B SaaS, LegalTech, or enterprise technology sales.
- Fluency in Spanish; professional English proficiency strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success engaging senior decision-makers in complex, consultative sales cycles.
- Strong executive presence and confidence when communicating with sophisticated buyers.
- Solid business acumen and the ability to quickly understand complex challenges.
- Experience using modern sales engagement tools (Salesloft, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
