TL;DR

Channel Sales Account Executive (AI/Healthcare): Managing a portfolio of partner accounts to generate revenue by developing and executing go-to-market strategies and driving new sales opportunities. Location: Remote (US) / Hybrid. Must have a legal right to work in the United States; visa sponsorship will not be provided.

Salary: $178,379 - $280,310 a year

What you will do

  • Lead strategic partnership initiatives and ongoing relationship management of your partner portfolio, including sourcing new partners and negotiating contracts.
  • Lead strategic enablement and sales initiatives with partners and internal sales leadership to define processes for securing new clients.
  • Build relationships with key sales, marketing, and account management leaders.
  • Co-develop strategic initiatives with partners, such as sales training, joint-press campaigns, case studies, and webinars.
  • Analyze and review the performance of existing partners, including financial analysis and leading QBR sessions.
  • Represent Sword at industry conferences, partner conferences, and sales kick-offs (SKOs).

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a clinical or health care related field.
  • Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and ability to forge strong relationships with business partners.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to professionally interact with diverse personalities.
  • Quick learner and self-starter, thriving in a hyper-growth environment.
  • Interested in the healthcare industry and its transformation challenges.
  • Applicants must have a legal right to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with health plans or other healthcare sales or business development, strategic alliances, strategic partners or pharmacy benefits managers.
