What you will do
- Lead strategic partnership initiatives and ongoing relationship management of your partner portfolio, including sourcing new partners and negotiating contracts.
- Lead strategic enablement and sales initiatives with partners and internal sales leadership to define processes for securing new clients.
- Build relationships with key sales, marketing, and account management leaders.
- Co-develop strategic initiatives with partners, such as sales training, joint-press campaigns, case studies, and webinars.
- Analyze and review the performance of existing partners, including financial analysis and leading QBR sessions.
- Represent Sword at industry conferences, partner conferences, and sales kick-offs (SKOs).
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a clinical or health care related field.
- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and ability to forge strong relationships with business partners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to professionally interact with diverse personalities.
- Quick learner and self-starter, thriving in a hyper-growth environment.
- Interested in the healthcare industry and its transformation challenges.
