Location: Remote (United States) with significant travel involved.

Salary: $275,000–$300,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Own the RCM sales process end-to-end, serving as SME and executive presenter.
  • Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets for the RCM solution.
  • Manage prospective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle.
  • Provide consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach tailored to revenue cycle teams.
  • Drive for big wins over $1M+, with focus on land-and-expand opportunities.
  • Close new business deals, coordinate requirements, and negotiate contracts.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience selling into healthcare providers, with a strong focus on Revenue Cycle Management, healthcare IT, or financial workflow tools.
  • Proven success selling to strategic and executive stakeholders in provider organizations.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare sales cycle at the enterprise level.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and quotas.
  • Expertise using Salesforce or other enterprise-level CRM tools.
  • Must be based in the United States.
