What you will do
- Own the RCM sales process end-to-end, serving as SME and executive presenter.
- Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets for the RCM solution.
- Manage prospective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle.
- Provide consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach tailored to revenue cycle teams.
- Drive for big wins over $1M+, with focus on land-and-expand opportunities.
- Close new business deals, coordinate requirements, and negotiate contracts.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience selling into healthcare providers, with a strong focus on Revenue Cycle Management, healthcare IT, or financial workflow tools.
- Proven success selling to strategic and executive stakeholders in provider organizations.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare sales cycle at the enterprise level.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and quotas.
- Expertise using Salesforce or other enterprise-level CRM tools.
- Must be based in the United States.
