Location: Office - San Diego, CA

Salary: $69,500.00 - $88,500.00

What you will do

  • Own a defined portfolio of hirify.global clients, accountable for Net Revenue Retention (NRR), renewal compliance, product adoption, and long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Drive strategic alignment with each client’s business objectives, ensuring the hirify.global platform is fully leveraged to maximize value realization.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute strategic quarterly and annual Account Success Plans with measurable goals and risk mitigation.
  • Lead new client onboarding and change management to accelerate time-to-value and promote best practices for safety and risk management programs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience from onboarding through renewal.
  • Lead quarterly and annual business reviews, analyze program and performance data, and provide strategic recommendations to client executives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent years of Customer Success experience, desired.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in an account management role within a fast-paced, commercial products or SaaS environment.
  • Customer-first mentality and talent for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strategic problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with CRM, CSS, and LMS systems (e.g., Salesforce, Totango, Siesmic).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, particularly strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
  • Must work onsite in San Diego, CA.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, and reporting suites strongly preferred.
  • Experience with managed services, trucking, and the fleet industry is highly preferred.
