Location: This role is based in our Chicago office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most hirify.globals have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner.

Salary: $166,000–$189,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead, develop, and grow a team of Implementation Consultants and Implementation Managers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Global Services leadership.
• Manage a book of business across delivery, including escalation management and solution design support.
• Scale and refine programs, processes, and methodologies to improve service delivery.
• Cultivate a strong culture of learning, inclusion, and impact within your team.

Requirements

• 3+ years managing and coaching teams in Professional Services, Consulting, or Customer Success.
• 8+ years’ experience in program management, project management, or consulting roles, ideally within SaaS or enterprise software environments.
• Proven track record coaching customer-facing teams through SaaS implementations.
• Strong operational mindset with the ability to balance people leadership and process optimization.
• Skilled at influencing and securing buy-in from senior decision-makers.
• Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies.
