What you will do
- Serve as a dedicated technical advisor to a portfolio of strategic customers, supporting their implementations.
- Build a deep understanding of customer workflows and connected systems to design tailored solutions that scale.
- Lead implementation reviews, base audits, and adoption planning conversations, offering proactive guidance on schema design and best practices.
- Deliver ongoing technical support for critical customer moments, from initial onboarding through to escalation resolution.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to surface customer trends, unblock technical challenges, and influence internal priorities.
- Help customers harness the full power of as an AI-native platform by leveraging AI to streamline workflows and unlock new solution possibilities.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience in a technical account management, technical consulting, or pre-sales solution architecture role at a SaaS company.
- Bring strong systems thinking and comfort in designing structured solutions that span people, data, and workflows.
- Have a solid grasp of data modeling, solution design, and cross-platform architecture, understanding how systems interact through integrations and automations.
- Confident working with APIs, webhooks, automations, and basic scripting to connect platforms and optimize workflows.
- Experience helping customers embed AI-driven workflows into their business processes for automation, summarization, or data classification.
- Strong communication skills to guide discussions with both technical builders and executive sponsors.
