What you will do
- Take ownership of customer success from contract to renewal, defining goals and reporting progress.
- Drive technical implementation, product configuration, onboarding, training, and deployment.
- Become an expert on the hirify.global platform, networking, cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML.
- Capture and convey customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Identify opportunities for customer expansion and partner with marketing for references.
- Travel up to 30%.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Field Engineering, or Customer Engineering) in enterprise SaaS or startup environments.
- Basic understanding of L2 switching and Linux networking skills.
- Strong program management skills and experience managing projects at large enterprise companies.
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with high integrity and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding or interest in learning about machine learning / artificial intelligence.
