What you will do
- Lead the onboarding and rollout of hirify.global for public sector customers, ensuring compliance with government requirements.
- Drive adoption across multiple departments and decision-makers within complex public sector organizations.
- Serve as a strategic consultant, advising customers on best practices, workflow optimization, and change management.
- Ensure alignment with relevant regulations (e.g., Fedhirify.global) during hirify.global integration.
- Identify opportunities to expand hirify.global adoption and deliver measurable ROI for public institutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Account Executives, Product, Engineering, Compliance).
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in implementation or engagement management within B2B SaaS or public sector technology.
- Must be based in the Washington, DC metro area.
- Strong program/project management skills, including leading complex technology deployments.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated success working with technical counterparts (Product, Engineering, Security) to troubleshoot solutions.
- Ability to navigate public procurement processes and manage long adoption cycles.
Nice to have
- Experience working with public sector organizations (federal, state, local, or education).
- Experience with government financial systems, ERP, or accounting platforms (e.g., Oracle, PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP).
- Familiarity with public sector compliance frameworks (e.g., Fedhirify.global, SOC 2, HIPAA, CJIS).
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP).
- Background in finance, accounting, or government procurement.
